Danika helps her patients to successfully implement healthy lifestyle behaviors across these various dimensions into their daily life.  Dr. Zivot’s patients have made lasting behavior changes setting the foundation for a lifetime of health and well-being.  She supports her patients to achieve their personal goals related to optimal health and wellness, such as:
